1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the TailorConnect application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

TailorConnect reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

TailorConnect is a tailoring business management platform that provides:

  • Order management and tracking for tailoring businesses
  • Digital measurement recording and storage
  • Customer profile management
  • Karigar (artisan) management and assignment
  • Cloud backup and cross-device data synchronization
  • Client portal for customers to view their measurements and orders

3. Account Registration

To use TailorConnect, you must create an account using Google Sign-In or phone number authentication. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. User Responsibilities

When using TailorConnect, you agree to:

  • Use the App only for lawful purposes related to tailoring business management
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the App
  • Not access or tamper with other users' data or accounts
  • Not use the App to transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
  • Maintain appropriate backups of your important business data
  • Comply with all applicable local laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

5. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into TailorConnect, including customer records, measurements, orders, and business information. We do not claim any ownership rights over your content.

By using cloud sync and backup features, you grant us a limited license to store and transmit your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

6. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep TailorConnect available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The App may be temporarily unavailable due to:

  • Scheduled or emergency maintenance
  • Server or infrastructure issues
  • Force majeure events beyond our control

TailorConnect works offline for core features. Cloud sync and backup require an active internet connection.

8. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the App (Settings → Delete Account) or via our account deletion page.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activities.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • TailorConnect is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App
  • We are not responsible for data loss resulting from device failure, user error, or any cause beyond our reasonable control
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim

10. Intellectual Property

The TailorConnect name, logo, and all related branding, code, design, and content (excluding user data) are the property of TailorConnect and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any part of the App without prior written consent.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration.
